The platform also supports secure handling of confidential data through AWS Bedrock-based environments or air-gapped infrastructure. BMMI operates as a recurring B2B SaaS business focused on board governance workflows. Clients pay annual subscriptions priced by factors such as the number of entities or boards covered, usage scope, and required security level. The commercial model starts with a strategic pilot, then converts successful pilots into paid annual contracts, with growth driven by a land-and-expand approach across additional boards, entities, users, and higher-security deployments. BMMI will be launched as a Malta-based joint venture between VC-A and P30-Xhumanlabs. With an MVP already developed, the company is now seeking seed funding to complete product hardening, achieve SOC 2 readiness, incorporate in Malta, and secure early customers.
